Crime Stoppers NZ was introduced recently to education resources that are applicable in the NZ setting for the most part. The themes include Democratic Values, Active Citizenship, Laws and Crime, Law and Courts and Why Crime Stoppers Works.
More importantly, they also provide lessons, ideas and real-life examples. Crime Stoppers NZ supports this educational resource and suggests that anyone wishing to gain some insights in support of the class setting should explore these topics further at this link.
Crime Stoppers NZ is hopeful that in the future we may be able to fund a similar resource that is better suited to the Aotearoa NZ setting.
